At OutfitOops, we provide Cash on Delivery (COD) to ensure a secure and trustworthy shopping experience.
To prevent fake orders and delivery misuse, a small advance confirmation payment is mandatory for all COD orders.
COD Terms & Conditions
Advance Payment Required: A minimum advance must be
paid to confirm your COD order.
Remaining Amount: The balance is payable in cash at delivery.
Non-Refundable Advance: If a COD order is cancelled or refused at delivery, the advance will NOT be refunded.
Service Availability: COD is available only in serviceable Indian pin codes.
No Open Delivery: Package cannot be opened before payment completion.
Orders without advance payment will NOT be dispatched
COD Charges & Advance Structure
Orders up to ā¹2000 ā¹150 advance required
2001-ā¹3000>Ā ā¹200 (paid in advance)
ā¹3001 – 4000> ā¹250 (paid in advance)
ā¹4001 – ā¹5000> ā¹300 (paid in advance)
Above ā¹5000> 10% of order value (paid in advance)
Prepaid Only Products (COD Not Available)
Due to high RTO and misuse cases, the following categories are
STRICTLY PREPAID ONLY:

Ā° Wallets
Ā° Perfumes
Ā° Sunglasses
Ā° Original Watch Boxes
These items must be paid in advance via website checkout or UPI payment.
COD is NOT applicable for these products.
Why Do We Charge COD Fees?
Advance COD charges help reduce operational losses caused by:
Orders placed by mistake
Customer unavailable at delivery time
Orders placed without user confirmation
Unverified COD orders leading to RTO
How to Place a COD Order
1. Select your product and proceed to checkout
2. Choose Cash on Delivery (COD)
3. Pay the required advance COD fee via UPI / bank transfer
4. Your order gets confirmed and dispatched
5. Pay the remaining amount at delivery
